"Protection Light for your loved ones' future" Program

• The "Protection Light for Your Loved Ones’ Future" program is organized by Prudential Myanmar Life Insurance (“Prudential Myanmar”).   
• The program is available to Customers who participated in Agent Connect for Agency Open House 2nd Floor.
• By participating in the Program, Participants (“You”) agree to all the Terms and Conditions of the Program as outlined on this page.

How to participate in the Program and Win the Prizes:

To be eligible for the rewards, a customer must fulfill the following conditions:

• Purchase a new life insurance policy for either PRUScholar or PRUFlexiprotect Plus. 
• The policy must be an annual payment mode. 
• The collected premium amount must be equal or greater than 2,000,000 MMK. 
• The policy must be both purchased and submitted within 12th Dec to 19th Dec 2025. Customer must have photo of visit to New Agency Office Space.
• The policy must successfully complete the free look period.

 Instant Gift Items based on first collected premium amount 

• Tier 1 (Between MMK 2,000,000 and MMK 3,000,000) – Gym Bag 
• Tier 2 (Above MMK 3,000,000) – Travel Bag 

 Claiming the Prizes:

• Prizes will be delivered by Prudential Myanmar Sales Representative after the free look period, no later than 3 months from the winner announcement. 
• The prize must be checked by the winner at the time of collecting the prize. Prudential Myanmar shall not be liable for any defects or issues that arise with the prized after it has been collected by the winner. 
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.
• Prudential Myanmar reserves the right to substitute any prize with another item of similar value in the event of unforeseen circumstances. 
• Prudential Myanmar will contact winners via phone. All must respond within one (1) month from the date of first contact, otherwise, their prize will be forfeited. 
• If a winner fails to respond or if the contact details provided are invalid, the prize will be forfeited. 
• Prudential Myanmar reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and the identity of winners. 
• By participating in the Campaign, participants agree to allow Prudential Myanmar to use their personal data for winner notification and promotional purposes. 
• Prudential Myanmar reserves the right to modify or adjust the Program terms if necessary, but any significant changes will be communicated to Participants in a timely manner. 
• In no event will Prudential Myanmar or its affiliates be responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising out of the Participant’s entry into the Program. 
• Participants wishing to withdraw from this Program must inform Prudential Myanmar in advance before the program end date by contacting the Prudential Myanmar Customer Service team at 09 770 110010 or messaging via the Prudential Myanmar’s Facebook page. 
• All normal Prudential Insurance Terms and Conditions apply. 
• If no withdrawal request is received by the end of the program period, participants are deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

• These terms and conditions shall be governed and constructed in accordance with the Laws of Republic of the Union of Myanmar. 
• These terms and conditions are written in both English and Myanmar Languages, and both versions shall have the same effect. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between Myanmar and English versions, the Myanmar language shall prevail.
