"Celebrate the New Year with Peace of Mind—Protect & Win Amazing Prize" program

The "Celebrate the New Year with Peace of Mind—Protect & Win Amazing Prize" program is organized by Prudential Myanmar Life Insurance (“Prudential Myanmar”).

The Program period is from 1 December 2024 to 23:59 (Myanmar Time) on 31 January 2025 (“Program Period”).

By participating in the Program, Participants (“You”) agree to all the Terms and Conditions of the Program as outlined on this page.

How to participate in the Program and Win the Prizes:

• Must fill in the form provided in the program announcement post.
• Prudential Myanmar Sales Representative will contact participants to explain about life insurance products and program details.
• To be eligible for the program, participants must purchase the PRUFlexiprotect PLUS life insurance product with minimum 0.5 million MMK APE (Annual Premium Equivalent) in annual payment mode during the program period. Based on purchased APE amount (Annual Premium Equivalent), participant will get instant gift item from Prudential Myanmar.

• Tier 1 (0.5 million – <1 million MMK) – Waist Bag
• Tier 2 (1 million – <2 million MMK) – Laptop Bag
• Tier 3 (2 million – 5 million MMK) – Travel bag

Moreover, Prudential Myanmar will randomly select 14 lucky draw winners from the pool of eligible Participants and announce them on its official social media pages (Facebook, LinkedIn, Telegram, Viber) two weeks after the end of the Program (by 17 February 2025).

Winners will also be contacted directly via phone or Messenger by Prudential Myanmar.

Claiming the Prizes:

• Prizes will be delivered by Prudential Myanmar Sales Representative after the grace period, within 3 months from the winner announcement
• Prudential Myanmar reserves the right to modify or adjust the Program terms, if necessary, but any significant changes will be communicated to participants in a timely manner.
• No brand or organization is supporting the campaign other than Prudential Myanmar.
• Prudential Myanmar will contact winners via phone or messenger. All winners must respond within one (1) month from the announcement date, otherwise, their prize will be forfeited.
• If a winner fails to respond within the given time or if the contact details provided are invalid, the prize will be forfeited.
• Prudential Myanmar reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and the identity of winners.
• By participating in thprogram, participants agree to allow Prudential Myanmar to use their personal data for winner notification and promotional purposes.
• Prudential Myanmar reserves the right to modify or adjust the Program terms if necessary, but any significant changes will be communicated to Participants in a timely manner.
• In no event will Prudential Myanmar or its affiliates be responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising out of the participation into the Program.
• Participants wishing to withdraw from this Program must inform Prudential Myanmar within (2) business days in advance before the winner announcement by contacting the Prudential Myanmar Customer Service team at 09 770 110010 or messaging via the Prudential Myanmar’s Facebook page.
• If no withdrawal request is received before the winner announcement, participants are deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
