"Brand Song TikTok AR Filter" Campaign

The “လုံခြုံနွေးထွေးတဲ့ ချစ်ခြင်းမေတ္တာရဲ့ သင်္ကေတ - AR Filter Program” program is organized by Prudential Myanmar Life Insurance (“Prudential Myanmar”). The Program period is from 20 January 2025 to 23:59 (Myanmar Time) on 20 February 2025 (“Program Period”).

By participating in the Program, Participants (“You”) agree to all the Terms and Conditions of the Program as outlined on this page.

How to participate in the Program and Win the Prizes:

Step 1: Participants are to play AR filter (https://vt.tiktok.com/ZSMPSN3yc/) and upload it on their own Facebook or TikTok account by using the hashtags

Step 2: Participants are to comment the screenshot of playing AR filter under the main campaign post (https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1DzmKnwf9u/).

Prizes

Prudential Myanmar will randomly select 13 winners from the participants. Participants will stand a chance to win prizes only if they follow all the mechanics for participation mentioned above and stated Terms and Conditions. The winners will be announced on TikTok and Prudential Myanmar’s Facebook page on 25 February 2025.

• 50,000 MMK City Mart Gift Vouchers for (2) participants
• 10,000 MMK Top Up for (9) participants

Claiming the prizes

• Prizes will be delivered by Prudential Myanmar after the grace period, within 2 months from the winner announcement.
• Prudential Myanmar reserves the right to modify or adjust the Program terms, if necessary, but any significant changes will be communicated to Participants in a timely manner.
• No brand or organization is supporting the campaign other than Prudential Myanmar.
• Prudential Myanmar will contact the winners via Facebook messenger or TikTok messenger. All winners must respond within one (1) month from the winners announcement date, otherwise, their prize will be forfeited.
• If a winner fails to respond within the given time or if the contact details provided are invalid, the prize will be forfeited.
• Prudential Myanmar reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and the identity of winners.
• By participating in the program, participants agree to allow Prudential Myanmar to use their personal data for winner notification and promotional purposes.
• Prudential Myanmar reserves the right to modify or adjust the Program terms, if necessary, but any significant changes will be communicated to Participants in a timely manner.
• In no event will Prudential Myanmar or its affiliates be responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising out of the participation into the Program.
• Participants wishing to withdraw from this Program must inform Prudential Myanmar within (2) business days in advance before the winner announcement by contacting the Prudential Myanmar Customer Service team at 09 770 110010 or messaging via the Prudential Myanmar’s Facebook page.
• If no withdrawal request is received before the winner announcement, participants are deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
