After you set up Autopay, your payments will be deducted automatically. Note the dates are fixed and can't be changed.
We’ll still send you reminders about your payments - you’ll always be informed ahead of deductions.

Step 1

Login to myPrudential

After logging into myPrudential, choose “Payment Settings".

Step 2

Select policy

Please click “Please select policy” and choose the policy for which you want to update the payment method.

Step 3

Manage your autopay

You can set up, update, or cancel your autopay.

Input bank account

To set up or update autopay, please input your bank account information.

Please ensure your bank account supports Electronic Direct Debit Authorization (eDDA). Some bank account types (e.g. ICBC (Asia)’s integrated account) or ID types of account holder (e.g. PRC ID or travel permit) may not support this service. Your Direct Debit Authorization set up request might be directly cancelled by the bank or your premium might not be collected successfully. It is recommended to check with your bank in advance to ensure your account supports this service.

The signature on the "Direct Debit Authorization Form" should match with your specimen signature in our records. You can set up autopay immediately via myPrudential. In addition, please pay 1 payment installment in advance, as it takes 21 days to set up the direct debit authorization. Please allow at least 3 working days for payment processing.
