How to Pay

You may choose to make your premium payment via Mobile or Internet Banking through banks of your choosing.

If you wish to pay through CB Bank, you could follow these simple steps below:

Step 1 : Login to the CB Bank application
Step 2 : Select “Pay Bill” options
Step 3 : Choose “Insurance Payment” in Bill Type
Step 4 : Select “PRUDENTIAL MYANMAR LIFE INSURANCE” in Biller
Step 5 : Click “Pay Bill”
Step 6 : Fill in the following information, then click “Next”

• Policy Holder Name
• Proposal Number
• Amount

Step 7 : Confirm the payment
And, you can start enjoying the benefits of your plan.

If you wish to pay through AYA Bank, you could follow these simple steps below:

Step 1 : Login to the AYA Bank application
Step 2 : Select the “Bill Payment” option
Step 3 : Select “PRUDENTIAL MYANMAR LIFE INSURANCE”
Step 4 : Choose “Bill Payment” in Service
Step 5 : Click “Pay Bill”
Step 6 : Fill in the following information, then click “Next arrow”

• Policy Holder Name
• Proposal Number
• Amount

Step 7 : Confirm the payment

And, you can start enjoying the benefits of your plan.

If you wish to pay through Yoma Next App, you could follow these simple steps below:

Step 1: Go to 'Bill Payment'.

Step 2: Enter 'Insurance & Health' category.

Stpe 3: Choose 'Prudential Myanmar Life Insurance'.

Step 4: Fill in Policy/Application Number and click 'Next'.

Step 5: Check your information and premium payment and then click 'Confrim'.

Step 6: Enter your Yoma Next App pin number. 

Step 7: Your payment is successfully completed. 

Customers can pay for their premium (insurance payment) accordingly to their policy through CB, AYA, KBZ Mobile Banking/iBanking, UAB (iBanking & OTC), Yoma and Wave Money.

Note:

1. Please ensure that you indicate the policy number in your transfer. We will not be able to process payments without policy numbers and such payments may be refunded.
2. If you would like to pay for more than one policy, please make payment for each policy individually. Do not combine payments into one transfer as the system will only process one policy number per transaction.
