"Find your Source of Health and Happiness with Wellness Hub" Program

• The "Find Your Source of Health and Happiness with Wellness Hub" program is organized by Prudential Myanmar Life Insurance (“Prudential Myanmar”).  
• The Program period is from 24 November 2025 to 23:59 (Myanmar Time) on 14 December 2025 (“Program Period”).  
• By participating in the Program, Participants (“You”) agree to all the Terms and Conditions of the Program as outlined on this page. 
  
  
  

How to participate in the Program and Win the Prizes:

To receive the prizes, you must meet the following conditions,

• Visit the Wellness HUB website landing page and explore the Pillars. 
• Tell us in the comments: Which one is your favorite, and why is it the most effective tool for you to stay healthy and happy?

• Staycation Coupon at Chatrium Hotel x 2 Units
• 300,000 worth Medical Check-up Package at Pun Hlaing Hospital x 2 Units
• Prudential Travel Bag x 5 units

Terms and Conditions

• Prudential Myanmar will select nine lucky winners from the correct answers, and the winners will be announced on the Prudential Myanmar Facebook Page in the third week of December 2025. 
• Prizes will be delivered by Prudential Myanmar Representative no later than 3 months from the winner announcement. 
• The prize must be checked by the winner at the time of collecting the prize. Prudential Myanmar shall not be liable for any defects or issues that arise with the prized after it has been collected by the winner. 
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items. 
• Prudential Myanmar reserves the right to substitute any prize with another item of similar value in the event of unforeseen circumstances. 
• Prudential Myanmar will contact winners via phone or Messenger. All winners must respond within one (1) month from the date of first contact, otherwise, their prize will be forfeited. 
• If a winner fails to respond within one (1) month or if the contact address details provided are invalid, the prize will be forfeited. 
• Prudential Myanmar reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and the identity of winners. 
• By participating in the Campaign, participants agree to allow Prudential Myanmar to use their personal data for winner notification and promotional purposes. Participants in this Campaign will be deemed to have accepted the Prudential Privacy Policy. 
• Prudential Myanmar reserves the right to modify or adjust the Program terms, if necessary, but any significant changes will be communicated to Participants in a timely manner. 
• In no event will Prudential Myanmar or its affiliates be responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising out of the Participant’s entry into the Program. 
• Participants wishing to withdraw from this Program must inform Prudential Myanmar in advance before the program end date by contacting the Prudential Myanmar Customer Service team at 09 770 110010 or messaging via the Prudential Myanmar’s Facebook page. 
• All normal Prudential Myanmar Terms and Conditions apply. 
• If no withdrawal request is received by the end of the program period, participants are deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions. 
• Prudential Myanmar may, at its sole discretion, change any of Terms and Conditions for the Program of cancel/modify the contest at any time.

• These terms and conditions shall be governed and constructed in accordance with the Laws of Republic of the Union of Myanmar.  
• These terms and conditions are written in both English and Myanmar Languages, and both versions shall have the same effect. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between Myanmar and English versions, the Myanmar language shall prevail.
