- The “Financial Planning Awareness” program is organized by Prudential Myanmar Life Insurance (“Prudential Myanmar”).
- The Program period is from 10 November 2025 to 23:59 (Myanmar Time) on 20 November 2025 (“Program Period”).
- By participating in the Program, Participants (“You”) agree to all of the Terms and Conditions of the Program as outlined on this page.
- All staff members, contracted employees and sales representatives of Prudential Myanmar shall not be accounted for this program.
How to participate in the Program and Win the prizes
To be eligible for the rewards, a customer must fulfill the following conditions:
- Like & follow Prudential Myanmar Facebook page. Comments your answers on “Which life stage you are currently in and how are you planning to ensure your money is ready?” in the comment of the program post.
- Participants are entitled to a single attempt per Facebook Account during the program period.
- Prudential Myanmar will randomly select 10 winners from the pool of eligible participants to receive giveaway prizes and announce them on Prudential Myanmar Facebook page within 2 weeks after the program period.
- Prudential Myanmar reserves the right to substitute the prize with another item of similar value with its own discretion.
Prizes
Claiming the Prizes:
- All prize winners are required to respond via Prudential Myanmar Facebook Messenger within (2) weeks from the winner announcement or notification from Prudential Myanmar, otherwise, the prize will be forfeited.
- Prudential Myanmar will deliver the prize to each winner via Prudential Myanmar Sales Representatives. Prizes will be delivered by Prudential Myanmar no later than 3 months from the winner announcement.
- Prudential Myanmar reserves the right to verify the selection and identity of winners again after the publication of the results of the winners.
- All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged with cash.
- The prize must be checked by the winner at the time of collecting the prize. Prudential Myanmar shall not be liable for any defects or issues that arise with the prized after it has been collected by the winner.
- The prize items are not sponsored by any company or organization.
- No brand or organization is supporting the program other than Prudential Myanmar.
- In no event will Prudential Myanmar and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies, their respective advertising or promotion agencies or their respective officers, directors, employees, members, shareholders, attorneys, representatives and agents (collectively, “Affiliates”), be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of any of the Participant’s submissions, the use of the submissions, their entry into the program, or their participation in any Program-related activity.
- By entering into the program, Participants hereby release and agree to hold harmless Prudential Myanmar and their Affiliates from and against any and all rights, demands, claims, causes of action, losses, damages, costs and expenses whatsoever that they may have, or which may arise, whether in whole or in part, and whether directly or indirectly.
- Participants who wish to withdraw from this program will need to inform Prudential Myanmar before the winner announcement is released. To do so, please contact the Prudential Myanmar Customer Service Phone – 09 770110010 or message us on Messenger via the Prudential Myanmar Facebook page.
- If no cancellation or withdrawal request for the contest is received, Participants are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the Terms and Conditions of the Program.
- Prudential Myanmar may, at its sole discretion change any of the Terms and Conditions for the Program or cancel / modify the contest at any time.
- Decisions made by Prudential Myanmar will be final and binding in this regard.
- Prudential Myanmar reserves the right to contact Participants by email or phone for further engagement activities.

- These terms and conditions are written in both English and Myanmar Languages, and both versions shall have the same effect. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between Myanmar and English versions, the Myanmar language shall prevail.
