• Answer the Quizzes and Win the Prize! is organized by Prudential Myanmar Life Insurance (“PMLI”). Campaign period covers the period from 26 June 2023 to 31 July 2023 23:59 (Myanmar time), both dates are inclusive (“Campaign Period”). By participating in the contest, you agree to all Terms and Conditions of the Contest given on this page. 
• The Lucky draw will be conducted at Pulse App directly. 
• At the time of Game winners’ notification, winners must be valid users of Pulse (subject to Prudential’s sole and final decision). Otherwise, the respective winners will be disqualified without further notice. 
• Prudential reserves the right to verify the identity of Lucky draw winners again after the publication of the results.
• Results of the contest will be notified directly just after he or she play the game whether he or she won the lucky draw prizes. 
• Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash, or resold, and must be collected in Myanmar. (Yangon/ Mandalay) during the specified prize collection period (within 3 months after the campaign). 
• If a winner does not collect nor timely collect the prize for any reason, he/she will be disqualified without further notice and the prize will be considered as forfeited. 
• If a winner does not collect or redeem nor timely receive the prize for any reason within 3 months after the campaign, he/she will be disqualified without further notice and the prize will be considered as forfeited. 
• For cancelling the enrolment or withdrawal from the campaign, please contact Prudential Myanmar's Customer Service Hotline: 0977 0110 010. If no cancellation or withdrawal request for the contest is received, participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of the campaign and the Privacy Notice of Pulse. 
• Prudential may, at its sole discretion change any of the terms of these T&Cs or cancel / modify the contest any time. 
• Decisions made by Prudential Myanmar will be final and binding in this regard. Prudential Myanmar reserves the right to contact you using email or Phone number for further engagement activities. Apple Inc. or Google LLC or Fitbit or Garmin is not a sponsor of the campaign nor is it involved in the contest in any manner. 
• No personal details will be revealed by Prudential Myanmar to protect the privacy of participants without prior permission.

• Prudential is not the manufacturer/supplier of the prizes under the contest and is not the agent of the manufacturer/supplier. Prudential will not be responsible or liable for any consequence relating to the quality, supply, delivery, and the use of the prizes. 
• The use of the prizes is subject to the terms and conditions imposed thereon by the individual manufacturer/supplier. 
• Prudential shall not be responsible or liable in any way whatsoever in relation to the prize (including but not limited to the quality, supply, delivery, and the use of the prize). 
• Prudential will not be responsible or liable for loss or damage directly or indirectly resulting from any use or misuse of the prize. 
• Signing up and participating in this Campaign is entirely at your own will. 
• The participant shall follow all rules and instructions by relevant authorities. 
• The participant confirm that you are at least 18 years old residing currently in Myanmar.

How to Participate in Answer the Quiz and Win the Prize 

• Download PULSE App and sign up. 
• You may have to register for PULSE Reward program. 
• You are responsible for keeping your user ID and password confidential. 
• Answer the Quiz player can win the Lucky Draw Food Pandar Voucher of 3,500 MMK. 

Rewards Voucher Terms & Conditions 

• Participants will be eligible to play the game based on the criteria as mentioned above. As a condition of your claim voucher, you warrant that

1. you are at least 18 years of age.
2. you possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation.
3. you will claim vouchers in accordance with this Agreement.
4. all information supplied by you on claim voucher is true, accurate, current, and complete.
5. participants are allowed to play once a week only.

• Commercial and marketing communications may include notifications about relevant special offers or opportunities available from our partners. In such event, we will send you commercial or marketing communications electronically only if you have provided your express consent by proactively opting-in to receive such communications from Points regarding its products and services. 
• You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

• All third parties offering redemption awards are occasionally referred to in these Terms and Conditions collectively as "Rewards Participants".
