• Prudential’s staff must provide staff identity to entitle this offer.
• Prudential will announce the collaboration with SCSC and can get a complimentary one-day pass to SCSC with valid for one month from announcement date to the Prudential’s employees and customers through all the communication channels.
• The Club may approve or refuse the application for membership of any person at its absolute discretion.
• All memberships are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
• Members may only use the Club facilities during the hours determined by the Club subject to these conditions.
• The membership card must be presented at the point of entry. Members found to be granting Club admission to individuals without membership will have their membership cancelled immediately.
• The usage of facilities is on a First come, first-serve basis and subject to availability. Booking of the facilities through the online portal or through the service staff can be made. Booking limitations will be in place and are subject to change from time to time.
• Members must always wear appropriate attire, deemed appropriate by the Club, when using Club facilities (e.g., track pants, shorts and t-shirts). Appropriate footwear must always be worn. Entry will be denied if appropriate attire is not worn.
• The Club must be notified immediately in the case of a lost membership card lost or when a membership card is found. An administrative fee of 20,000 kyats will be charged for a replacement card.
• All memberships start from the induction date specified below and end at the end of 12 months from the induction date.
• Members shall be fully responsible for any damages incurred to the equipment, facilities and premises of the Club as a result of their conduct.
• Members shall be fully responsibly for any injury, bodily harm and loss of life caused to other members, staff or guests of the Club as a result of their conduct.
• Drugs, Alcohol, Tobacco or other similar controlled substances are strictly prohibited at the Club premises.
• Weapons, explosive materials or any other banned objects are strictly prohibited at the Club.
• The Club has the permission to use photos and videos taken at the Club facilities.
• Members are responsible for own safety and property. The Club will not be responsible for any loss or injury.
• All members warrants that all information supplied in their application is accurate, they are medically able to participate in physical exercise in the Club facilities and they are not aware of having any physical or medical condition that may be aggravated through their use of the Club facilities.
• Members are obliged to inform the Club of any new injuries or conditions they sustain or acquired within the duration of their membership, which may require a medical clearance prior to continuing any activities at the Club facilities.
• In the case of new COVID-19 restrictions or other restrictions, members will be required to follow guidance and advice from the Club in the use of Club facilities.
• In the event of temporary closure, all memberships will be frozen for the closed period and will restart upon reopening; no time will be lost on membership duration and no fees will be deducted during closure.
• The Club reserves the right to adjust opening hours and/or temporarily close the Club due to cleaning, renovations, special private functions or other activities.
• The Club reserves the right to exclude any members they deem not to be adhering to any of the above or by their own actions poses a health and safety risk to themselves or others.
• The Club reserves the right to refuse admission and/or terminate the membership and/or refuse to renew the membership of any person whose conduct may be detrimental to the goodwill or reputation of the Club and its other members.
• The Club reserves the right to amend these membership terms and conditions without prior notice and members shall be deemed to have notice and shall abide with such amendments accordingly.
