• The minimum number of persons required to qualify for corporate membership is Five (5). The rates for the various sizes of groups are available upon request.
• All members applying for Real Fitness Corporate Wellness Program (CWP), must be from the same company (a letter written on company letterhead must be presented upon registration confirming all applicants are employees from the same company).
• Each company to appoint a representative (herein after referred to as Representative) for the group who will liaise directly to Real Fitness representative in all matter concerning to Real Fitness Corporate Wellness Program (CWP), including but not limited to: Payment and purchase, distribution of membership cards, expiry, and renewal.
• Membership is transferable, but not refundable on the following conditions: should a corporate member leave the company due to termination, registration or location transfer or critical illness, where a doctor’s letter is produced confirming that the member is not fit to exercise. All requests pertaining to membership should be put in writing and addressed to the Club Manager.
• Upon signing the Real Fitness Corporate Wellness Program (CWP), we are pleased to offer your management staff TWO FREE 3-Months Complimentary Memberships. These Complimentary memberships are not transferable or refunded to any equivalent amount of its worth, and memberships is to start upon completed payment.
